Compagnie Européenne de Garanties et Cautions (CEGC) is an insurance company, subsidiary of Groupe BPCE, the second-largest banking group and second-largest provider of home loan guarantees in France.
CEGC offers a wide range of financial guarantees to secure the projects and operations of its clients and their partners through three main types of products:
- Home loan guarantees for individuals, small businesses and the social economy and public housing sectors,
- Bank loan sureties and corporate financial guarantees,
- Real estate financial guarantees for property managers and real estate agents, real estate developers and individual housebuilders.
