Yanfei Ye is Deputy Director-General of the China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) Statistics Department. As such he is responsible for green credits.  Previously, Mr. Ye worked with the IFC China Project Development Center (2003-2006), spent 15 years working with the China National Bureau of Statistics (1988-2003), and worked for Luoyang Bearing Research Institute before that (1983-1985). He is a graduate of Hefei Poly-Technical University (1983), obtained his Master’s Degree in Economics from Beijing University (1988) and a Public Policy Master’s Degree from the Japan National Policy Study Institute (2000).
