Launch of Report “How banks incorporate Climate Change in their risk management – 1st survey in Latin America & the Caribbean”
UNEP FI, CAF – Development Bank of Latin America, in collaboration with the Latin American Federation of Banks (FELABAN) launched the report on "How Banks of Latin America & The Caribbean incorporate Climate Change in their risk management" through a webinar on 5th August. The report was available in Spanish. Executive Summaries were also available in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

This 2-part webinar organized by UNEP FI will explore the dynamics of climate risks and opportunities for businesses, including the significance and impact of climate risks with a focus on institutions in Middle East and Africa. Further, it will cover the implementation of climate risk initiatives and programs, with a deep-dive on the Task-Force for Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework.
