The Energy Efficiency sessions equip banks with practical instructions about how they can maximize their positive impacts in the buildings, transport and industrial sectors through loans and investments. Participation is also recommended to banks prioritizing climate change mitigation, given the strong links between energy efficiency and decarbonization. The first series of this program ran in 2023 in all regions. In 2024, we provide this program on an on-demand basis. Please contact Gabor Gyura if your bank would like to participate in an energy efficiency capacity building.
